Beautiful Renaissance gardens were built to satisfy the luxury of European courts. It was not until the 19th century that the concept of a garden open to the public was developed with a view to such a function. Today, gardening has entered urban planning in cities.

Gardening is closely related to landscaping, which tries to harmonize nature with itself and with human hands, and it would not exist without gardening, because it includes plants and flowers and other coordinating factors such as textures, materials, natural relief or artificial. Elements such as water, pond, waterfall, etc., all of which connect gardening and landscaping.

Gardening and landscaping appropriate to the surrounding environment help to increase the quality of life of people in terms of health, social welfare and comfort. In the smallest cities or in the biggest megacities, gardening and landscaping can be seen in various forms of nature.

Gardening can be done outdoors or indoors for aesthetic reasons, food reasons, or other reasons. This issue began to take shape at the end of the 13th century.
